Due to the fact that the chemical reagents, glass instruments and other products produced and operated by our company are special production materials and cannot be returned, please confirm with our sales personnel before purchasing and conduct timely acceptance upon receipt of the goods.

If you find any quality defects, approaching expiration date or other issues with the product after receiving it, please contact the sales personnel as soon as possible (within 7 days after the product is sold for customers in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, and within 7 days after other customers receive the product). After confirmation by our company, please return the goods to our company while keeping the original packaging intact. Our company will exchange the goods or handle the return procedures for you.

Once the following products are sold, our company does not accept returns:

1) Highly toxic substances and precursor chemicals;

2) Special orders (one in one out products, customized products, imported products) handled on your behalf;

3) Products with severely polluted or damaged outer packaging and products that have been opened;

4) Goods that have quality or damage issues due to improper storage or return during transportation;

5) Products that are afraid of heat, volatile, expired, and fragile;

6) Commodities of precious metals and their compounds.

Except for the quality defects of the products sold by our company, the buyer shall bear the shipping costs for returning the products and the round-trip shipping costs for exchanging the products.

In case of special circumstances, we will handle them at our discretion, and our company reserves the final right of interpretation.
